                <p>Shiang first introduced me to the petroglyphs at the V-V Ranch near Sedona.  That day was Apr 21 at about 1pm.  Coincidentally that is the day that the petroglyphs show the time of the first planting of the corn.</p><p /><p>Now on return, coincidentally on Dec 21, the winter solstice, the petroglyph 'clock' marks it at about 3pm.</p><p /><p>Here is a video of the sun on the petroglyphs on Dec 21:</p><br />

This beautiful clearing was the scene of their vows.  The wedding coordinator said to me, &quot;be sure you change the tune as the bride and groom walk down the aisle, but I trust you...you look like you have done this before.&quot;</p><p /><p>Parents of the bride were escorted down the aisle to &quot;Promised Remembered&quot; off of the <i>Healing Heart</i> CD.  I continued to play as the wedding party approached my position.  Then I saw the beaming bride begin her walk, and I quickly switched to &quot;Blue Element&quot; off of the <i>Heart's Reprise</i> CD.</p><p /><p>After the wedding, the bride honored and humbled me by saying that &quot;it was just what we wanted...I felt as if I were seeing my husband for the first time on top of a mountain!&quot;</p><p /><p>What an evening!</p><p></p><p>(note the small bottle of scented &quot;Florida Water&quot; that I used to open a sacred space).</p><br />

This spot is not far from the location of the filming of the &quot;Beach<br />
Blanket&quot; movies  of the 60's.  This view is typical on a weekday<br />
morning, where I enjoy recording the surf for the background of some of<br />
the Memo flute songs.  In the forground is a Roland Edirol digital<br />
recorder, soaking up the morning sounds I hope before getting soaked <i>by </i>the surf.<br /><br />
